Our Hot Lunch Menu and Meal Manage Ordering
September 2025
School District 91 is moving to a new meal ordering program to replace MunchaLunch to start in September 2025. Meal Manage has been piloted at District secondary schools with great success. It is hoped it will address some of the shortfalls for the current MunchaLunch program. The following is an introductory letter from the SD91 Food Programs Department.
Re: Meal Manage
In rolling out Feeding Futures, the school district heard the need for an improved payment system. As such, School District 91 will be moving to a user-friendly online system to help manage lunch payments. To align with other operations, the school district is moving to Meal Manage. Meal Manage works like MunchaLunch, with an improved layout. Other improvements:
- Meal Manage has a pre-order system with a calendar view, making ordering meals quicker.
 - Meal Manage does not go offline for the summer. Ordering for September will be live shortly.
 - Meal Manage has an option to pre-load funds, which can then be used to pay for meals during the whole school year.
 - The online system continues to allow credit and debit payments. Cash and cheque are still accepted at the front office of the school.
